Jane, BA (Hons), CMWA, Founder/MD of Tudor Rose Workplace Well-being Consultancy, Founder/Director Inclusive Matrix CIC is an award-winning Workplace Wellbeing Consultant. Jane brings a unique perspective to organisations, by creating workplace wellbeing programs that shape inclusive, healthy, high-performing onsite and hybrid work cultures.

Julie White

Founder Associate

Julie White

Julie is a Workplace Wellbeing Consultant, Coach and Trainer with a background in HR, specialising in Mental Health First Aid and Resilience coaching.   Julie runs her own business – Bright White Life Coaching and Training – and works as an associate coach and trainer.

Julie’s specialities include:

  • Neurodiversity Strategy Coaching

Late diagnosed with ADHD, living with other invisible health conditions, and experience as an unpaid carer, Julie is passionate about raising awareness and understanding of disability and neurodiversity for a more inclusive and supportive world, especially when it comes to the workplace where stigma and discrimination remain a challenge for so many. Coming from a professional background in HR consultancy, Julie is well versed not just in the risks of ignoring inclusion in the workplace, but the business benefits of investing in supporting a diverse and healthy workforce and brings this knowledge and passion to her work. 

In her spare time Julie enjoys exploring the many independent cafes of Sheffield, drinking endless mugs of Yorkshire tea, going on long dog walks with her staffie Luca and reading her never ending pile of books. She is also a volunteer Brownie Guide Leader and facilitator for a mental health charity No Panic Sheffield.

Josie Armitage

Josie Armitage

Josie loves helping senior leaders and managers in not-for-profit organisations to access the funding they need to fulfil their missions and carry out their great work to help people.

She set up Josie Armitage Associates in January 2017. Spending the last seven years running her business, providing a grant funding/tender service for charities, community organisations and social enterprises including CICs. This includes sourcing funding, co-ordinating and writing funding applications, providing advice and support including producing a fundraising strategy as part of an organisation’s marketing strategy and supporting others/providing training to write applications.   Funding applications for training providers include tenders for government and related skills agencies, local councils and ESF. For charities, community organisations and social enterprises, this is a mixture of grant funding applications to The National Lottery, the Henry Smith Foundation, local community grants and a range of Foundations. Josie is based in Leeds but works with clients across Yorkshire and indeed the UK.

Josie also works as an Associate for several companies to write tenders for training providers regarding skills, employment and training.  She brings a wealth of previous experience working for sector organisations in the skills and training area, managing government funding programmes and in the policy area of skills development. 

In her spare time Josie is an active volunteer.  Being a Trustee of Bramley Baths, a local community enterprise which provides swimming and fitness facilities for the local community, actively supporting them with their fundraising activity.  She also supports a couple of charities pro bono with their bid writing.  Josie is a voluntary reporter too, for the West Leeds Dispatch, her local community online newspaper.

Wayne Stephenson

Wayne Stephenson

Wayne is the co-founder of Positive Futures WY CIC – a supported employment company that specialises in in-work job coaching for adults with learning disabilities. This includes breaking down tasks and roles, as well as supporting with benefits, access to work claims and reasonable adjustments. 

As well as working closely with individuals in work, Wayne and Positive Futures work closely with local organisations to help them become more inclusive in employment. This involves workplace assessments, disability awareness and risk assessments. 

Wayne is passionate about tackling the statistic that fewer than 5% of adults with learning disabilities are in paid employment but also about changing the perceptions around employing people with learning disabilities.
